From "prep to plate", our participants enjoy donning bistro aprons working in a commercial kitchen and, learning from our professional staff. Teams rely on their knowledge, energy, competitive spirit, creativity and teamwork as wonderful meals come together.

How would you like to leave with 10 entrees ready to freeze and enjoy on all those nights when you're faced with the question, "what's for supper?" It's as simple as signing up for our new culinary sessions entitled just that: "What's for Supper?™"
The culinary classes conducted in our commercial kitchen are light years ahead of Food TV! We limit class size to 8, so you are up close and personal with the teacher. And if that isn't enough to get you to sign up, the aromas and tasty samples should do the trick. Each culinary class student receives detailed menus and instructions on how to duplicate our great foods in your own home. Hands on classes are a great way for you to perfect your techniques under the watchful eye of the instructor. And all our students tell us we're better than exercise class any day!
