A classic Italian appetizer, caponata is a mixture of eggplant, peppers, capers, and olives. Our small batch caponata is wonderful served on hearty crackers or bruschetta. It is preservative FREE, gluten FREE, and cane sugar FREE. It also makes a great pasta sauce when tossed with your favorite pasta.
